When will my item ship?
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. You will receive an email once your item(s) has been packaged and is on its way. Our production times may vary due to our custom processes and pre-orders. Please be sure to read the shipping information for your purchased items for specific shipping timelines. If you are purchasing items with different lead times, please note that your entire order will ship when everything is ready. If you wish to have a partial order shipped before a pre-order item is complete, we recommend placing two orders so your in-stock items will ship immedately.
How can I return my item(s)?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your item - unwashed, unworn, and tags attached will be eligible for store credit only. Customer will be responsible for payment of return shipping. Please include your name, address, and order number in the returned package. Your store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to make it right! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How can I exchange for a different size?
We do not currently offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return your item for a store credit and use your credit to purchase a different size. You will responsible for the return shipping. Please include your name, address, and order number in the returned package. A credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
What size should I order?
Unless otherwise indicated, all of our apparel items are unisex and tend to run true to size. All items that are labeled ladies will be a more fitted look, and you should order your normal size.
Can I choose local pickup instead of shipping?
Unfortunately due to the volume of orders, we cannot offer local pickup at this time. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates for pop-ups and other opportunities for local shopping!
Can sale items be returned?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned for credit, or combined with other discount offers.
